Beginning of big things

After processing birds for a number of years, Ihave experienced the challenge in meat processing.Iwant to make a change for the better, but don't feel I can criticize or change a system Ihave no experience with.For that reason, Iwill build a poultry plant, jump through all the hoops, then tackle amending by-laws to be more sensible.

I don't want to just stop with poultry, nor do I want to stop on Vancouver Island. Isee huge potential to decentralize the meat processing industry - at least creating viable options for our farmers to go get their animals professionally processed. In the future we look to do a shipping container sheep & pork line, then beef lines.
